We operate out of two main locations. In the East from Mount Joy, Lancaster County, PA and to the West near San Diego, CA
When Haygrove High Tunnels were introduced to the eastern USA in 2002, three season tunnels multi-bay tunnels were virtually unheard of. But rapidly they have become the tunnel of choice for profit conscious growers.
To satisfy the demand for the same cost saving features in a smaller tunnel, Haygrove introduced the Solo Series a few years later and Solos are now available in both three and four season versions.
We recently introduced our Trellis Tunnel that can support heavy trellised crops. Steel gutters and automatic venting are available for 4 Series and Trellis Tunnels and when added to the Trellis Tunnel, it provides economical Spring-time overflow space to greenhouse growers.
Haygrove installations range in size from 2500 square feet (Solo Gothics) to 80 acres. Every size generates consistent profits in a wide range of climates, from southern Florida to Oregon, Louisiana to Maine and pretty much every state in between. Haygroves have proven very popular and profitable in the windy mid-west and while they often protect tomatoes, peppers, berries, cherries and salad greens, they are used for almost every high value crop imaginable. Haygroves' complete range of tunnels provides every grower with the proper tunnel - for both crop and climate.
Eastern USA sales and service are managed through our Mount Joy, PA office and warehouse, where our dedicated sales staff will gladly show you our 5 acres of on-site tunnels. If you live far from PA, we have customers in other areas willing to host tunnel visitors
In Western USA, we have got a proven reputation for quality – Haygrove’s are designed to withstand weather events. Because of the more benign wind events in California many growers have been tempted to go with low quality structures and hope that they survive the winds. With Haygrove our structures are fully engineered and designed for heavy wind loadings.
Many of our US customers are also beginning to enjoy investing in the basic Haygrove infrastructure and then upgrading later with steel gutters, electric ends and electric roller roof vents to transform their Haygrove Tunnels into Field-Scale climate control Greenhouses.
