The lowest cost system for substrate bag production – the wire system is based on steel legs spaced in the ground every 2.5m. These legs then carry 4 high tensile wires that hold the substrate bags in place.
Incorporated into the leg design is a specially designed bracket that carries the truss support tape and leaf support string.
Main Features
- 3mm wall thickness pre-galvanised steel leg drilled every 2.5m
- 5mm termination legs and double T anchors to provide extra strength
- 4 lines of 3.25mm high tensile steel wire are used for bag the support system
- 6mm cable anchoring system at each end of the table
- Table top rows can be supported that are 200m to 300m long using mid way cable tensioners every 100m
- Picking height bespoke for the growers needs. Typically anywhere between 0.9m and 1.2m high
