Your skills

Excellent level of written English is essential.
Qualification in Marketing / Business / Agriculture or relevant experience would be helpful.
Digital Proficiency. A familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and various software used in marketing analytics or a willingness to learn.
Analytical Skills. Proficiency in data analysis, interpreting metrics, and using insights to optimise marketing strategies.
This role will suit a someone looking to begin their marketing career or with 1-2 years relevant experience. Training & mentorship will be provided for the correct candidate with the opportunity to develop your career and broaden your knowledge in marketing and horticulture.

The role could be full-time or part-time (with a minimum of 20 hours a week) depending on your preference.

More about the role

At Haygrove no two days will be the same! You will be part of a small marketing team, working on a wide spectrum of projects and collaborating with our international teams.

As the Marketing Assistant, your principal responsibilities will include managing social media accounts, helping to organise our attendance at international trade shows and creating content for both digital and print media. Throughout all your work, you’ll be building Haygrove’s brand integrity and positively promoting our triple bottom line mission.

You will also gain experience in email marketing campaigns using an ESP and will learn to use our CMS to keep our websites up to date. Using your creative flair, you will design campaigns on Canva for social media, print ads and brochures. Our previous Marketing Assistant designed a road sign that was put up in Chile in their first 6 months, so be prepared to work on exciting, international campaigns!
